Carson R. Rainey

Carson is committed to elevating entertainment experiences through proper planning, intentional collaboration, and creative problem-solving. Leading teams to success through the delicate balance of managing resources, process efficiency, and creative exploration. Purposefully approaching teamwork to effectively boost productivity in any group. She demonstrates grace, strength, and perception of the project’s details to ensure a successful run of show. Always promising to prioritize safety, resource awareness, budget management, and most importantly, the well-being of people.

Friends call her “Car. " She is known as the extroverted friend of the group who always wants to bring everyone together, out at the Saturday farmers market or the local open mic night downtown. Art is Carson’s life in all aspects. She is always learning a new hobby (or obsession) and handmaking gifts for her loved ones. Community is what pushes Car through life and she will always follow the path of community-centric purpose. When she is not working Carson grabs a local cup of coffee, strolls through a thrift shop or local apothecary, and heads home to sit at her easel, or sewing machine. Spending weekends at the local pop market either shopping or selling Carson is always finding ways to integrate into the local arts scene and turn strangers into friends along the way.

Carson’s “why” for pursuing a life in the entertainment and events industry is to deliver extraordinary work for the community and demonstrate the power of holding a strong passion for your work. She aims to inspire audiences and clients with the final products a diverse and talented team is capable of producing and bringing all of these puzzle pieces together is her strong suit. Living life is all about the memories made and the people you get to share them with. Carson believes in creating unforgettable moments driven by humanity’s story. Carson craves to be a part of that simple goal and is determined to achieve it.

I aim to foster and engage with communities, capture the human spirit, and continue to tell their stories.
